Uninstalled video card..no video when Windows ME starts

My son’s computer is about 5 years old. Dell. It is only used for internet and some games. It came with an integrated video card and some of my son’s games would not play so I installed a different graphics card but it ended up being worse than the integrated one. I removed the video card and now as soon as Windows is supposed to start up, my monitor goes to the orange light that it is not getting signal. What do I do from here?
