Uninstalling other OS on same machine

I decided to remove XP on my machine and reload Win98 second edition.

During boot up, the computer ask to choose which operating system I want to use. I already remove XP but this message keep on poping up every time the system boots up.

How do I remove this message? Hope any of you pros can help.
