Universal printer drivers?

OK, we have an NT4 domain with approximately 5000 users. They all used to be on NT4 workstations. Now we also have some on W2000 and the problem that exists is trying to install printer queues with drivers for both NT4 and W2000. All printers areHP with JetDirect……

How do we do it? Is there a universal printer driver?
