Unknown device connected to my network

I’m taking an Intro to networking course and got interested in checking my own home network. During this I noticed a strange device connected to the network, the router’s firmware doesn’t have any information on the device just its mac address. This is curious because I just changed the SSID and password for the network so I don’t see how it could have already connected. Any way to find out more about this device?
