Unknown Process running

I have a client running Microsoft Small Business Server. They recently had a problem with “System Low On Virtual Memory” messages. When I went in today, I found approximately 20 instances of a process running called BeSbsApp. Each instance was taking around 600k. The same name also appeared in the application window of Task Manager although there was no specific icon assigned to it.

The system was running at 100% CPU Utilization, and memory usage had reached 536556k. When I closed them down,CPU usage dropped to between 1 and 5% and memory usage went down to 158668k.

Anyone have any idea what the application/process is?
