Unlock OE blocked attachment

Greetings all,
When I open an email at outlook express. The forwarded attached message that I reveived under OE, it not allow me to open the attached file. It show a message that “OE removed access to the following unsafe attachments in your mail:Fw_For ur self and ur love.eml”. I open this mail before. Is it possible to make those attachment accessable? Any altering in the registry. Pls advise. Thanks
