unwanted internet connection dialing

Hello everyone.
i have a problem with my XP Pro.
I want to know how can i find out what program is trying to dial my connection even having the “never dial a connection” option selected and how get rid of it??

if u have any answer about this issue please let me know.
Any help will be really preciated.
