Unwanted program loaded during startup

Got Win2000 Professional. For some reason an unwanted program(smut dialer) got added to my startup routine that appears on the program tray(lower right corner by clock). Can’t find the program associated with it to delete using search & explorer. Where can I go that shows programs that are loaded during windows starts up? Thanks for your help!
