Update/access, access data base over web

We run an access data base on our NT server. We have other offices we want to use the DB. Our Web site is hosted elsewhere. We would have no problem with the DB hosted there also. We could download it to our home site daily and upload also if necessary. Question is..How do we convert our internal data base to be Web based??.It has about 15 tables and 20 screens.
