Update cached account Information

I have a user who changed his password with Outlook Web Access, when he got home, he logged on his laptop PC using his old password.
He dialed to our network using RAS, but couldn’t use Exchange beceause the password was wrong, how does he syncronize the network password with the laptop password without having to do in at the Office ?
