Update for Background Intelligent Transfer Service

I have BITS 1.0 on my machine. I downloaded the update Update for Background Intelligent Transfer Service (BITS) 2.0 and WinHTTP 5.1 (KB842773) from MS site. Bits was not updated. Even after the installation of 2.0 my comp shows ver 1.0 is the only one installed.
Are there some steps that were left off the MS web site?
