Update NT setuo CD with SP

Hi. I know it is possible to redo NT setup CD’s with the last SP to avoid the two passes. Anybody can tell me how this can be done SAFELY, both for NT 4.0 workstation, NT4.0 Server (to SP6 and IE5.5) and 2k WS and servers? Thank you. Mike.
