Updating virus defintions

We have a Windows 2000 Server. A virus definition (for VET) is downloaded and stored in a location on the server. From each workstation at present, we have to go to the folder location on a mapped network drive and run the update. How do I automate this on each workstation so that it is automatically done each morning?
