Updation of cmos bios.

How to update cmos bios in acer (desktop) motherboard model is v76m ,because iam geeting “cpu bios mismatch” error coming while booting.
let me provide the details like where can i get the required files and updation procedure.kindly help me in this regard as early as possible.
