upgrade disk capacity

I have a windows 2000 server on a 40 GB IDE hard disk with an ASUS P4B533 motherboard. all applications has been installed and configured including ms exchange, argosoft mail server and web server. I need to increase the disk capacity by implementing 3ware serial ATA RAID 5 on a 3x 120 GB Hard disk on the same machine. What’s the best way to accomplish this upgrade? Would Norton’s ghost imaging? or PQMagic help on this process just like what I would do on the desktop? Is there any complications?
