upgrade DNS from NT 4 to Windows 2000

I need to upgrade my NT 4 DNS server to Windows 2000 but I don’t want to do an in-place upgrade. Is it possible to “export” my DNS database to a file then “import” into Windows 2000 so that I won’t have to re-create it from scratch?
