Upgrade from 98 or Enterning the Domain

I have upgraded some users from 98 to 2000
and I have some machines which came with 2000
As these machines were entered into our Domain, some users are getting a box on Windows start-up ‘Netlogon’. Is there a way to not have this show up during windows start-up.
