upgrade from NT 4.0 disabled local accts

I upgraded my home workstations from NT 4.0 SP6 to Windows 2000 SP2 and now I can only log on with the account I was in when I started the upgrade. Any thoughts so I can get the other local accounts working? My wife would sure like her account back. 🙂
