Upgrade from NW 3 – should I go to Windo

Hi all,

I administer networks for a bunch of real estate offices which are currently running NetWare 3.20. Since they need to increase users, and NW 3 is no longer sold, I need to upgrade them to either NW 5 or Windows (NT or 2000 Server).

What are the pros and cons of Win vs. NW? Please give me real facts; I don’t want to open a political arguement of MS vs. Novell.
