Upgrade to Windows 2000 Advanced Server

I currently have a Dell PowerEdge 4350 running Windows 2000 Server with Service Pack 1. I’d like to upgrade this server to Windows 2000 Advanced Server. Is there an upgrade path that I should follow, or do I have to do a new installation? Any guidance is appreciated.
