upgrade to Windows XP

Hi,

I wanted to upgrade a Dell Latitude laptop running Windows 2000 pro to Windows XP. I ran the upgrade advisor and it gives “Replacement logn software”. Any ideas what this is or how to remove it? Thanks in advance.
