Upgrade W2K Server to Advanced Server

I am currently running a W2K server that I would like to upgrade to Advanced Server for Clustering. I don’t want to replace the O/S as there is software that has taken weeks to configure with the present O/S. When running the setup from the Advanced Server CD, it states that I cannot upgrade, only replace. Is there a way around this?
