Upgrading to Win2k

I have to upgrade a winnt4 server with BackOffice Small B. 4,5 installed… but it says that win2k will not install with the backoffice installed.. im trying to remove that… but.. i removed all main itens of the backoffice as proxy, etc.. but the Backoffice itself is not uninstalling… what should i do??
