Upgrading to WinXP Professional

Hi,

I’m thinking about upgrading some old pcs that have win98 to winxp prof. They are PII-400Mhz, 128MB RAM. Does anyone know if they will run real slow or if it’s not worth it. Any suggestions? Thanks
