Upgrading XP Home To XP Pro

Is there a way to upgrade XP Home to XP Pro?
My company just bought 4 computers with XP Home installed. I need to find a way to upgrade the Home edition to Pro without having to buy XP Pro. I understand that there is a way to do this with a specialdisk or CD.
