uploading files to a server via webpage

Please help! I need to build a web page on our intranet that allows the user to browse to a file on their local machine and then upload that file to our server. What is the easiest way to do this? We are using IE 5.5, VB COM objects, HTML, etc… Any help appreciated. Thanks!!
