USB

ON a HP home computer, each time I use a USB device (scanner or CD R/W) I have to unplug and re-plug in the device into the USB port for the computer to recognize it. This happens every time the device is idle for more than a few minutes. HP has replaced the computer one time to solve this problem, but problem still happens on new computer.
