usb

HI,
my problem is i set up my usb port in the bio’s, when i go to shut down my computor it hangs up on the windows is now shuting down your computor screen. if i don’t enable usb key board suport it’s ok just one problem with that, i don’t have anykey board functions when i turn the computor back on.
what am i doing wrong.
