USB and vmm32.vxd problem

I have the “missing or damaged vmm32.vxd” error message on one of my win95 machines. I have read the microsoft KB #Q167889 and it says I can uninstall the usb supplement with a program called “rem.pss”. However, my CD does not have this program. Anyideas where I can download it, or could someone possibly email me a copy at bseyller@hchospital.org?
