USB Drive – Full auto back up of entire contents

Hi Guys

I have a Cruzer Tit 4GB and I want to back up the entire drive “as is” so U3 all files, partitions etc.

I want this backup to start everytime I put the drive into my home pc.

What would be the best way or software to do this?
