USB error message “application cannot run in win32 mode”

hi all…
i ve problem with my external USB storage device.
when i double click on any drive of my USB storage device i receive the following error message
“The H:\ the application cannot be run in win32 mode” where “H” is derive name of my external USB device.

and when i explore My Computer, and click on the derive “H” it explores.

kindly help me out ….
