USB mass storage drivers

I am trying to use a PNY Attache flash drive. My Dell 8300 cannot recognize the device. It finds a flash drive and the Found New Hardware Wizard cannot find the drivers to install it. PNY says there are no specific drivers needed – It seems the built-in driver files were missing or corrupted and told me to recover these files. Evidently, I am looking for the USB Mass Storage Class Driver. Can someone help me find and intall them
