USB Mounting…

I have a 4-input USB Hub that I wish to get off my work space and mount underneath. What would be the best solution for such a mounting position.
My first thought would be to mount it directly upon a piece of plywood with TieWraps (ZipTies) and tomount the plywood. But then I figured to ask here.
