USB port has some problem

I have Mercury 845 gl motherboard i recently inserted a sandisk pen drive then a message shown “USB Driver does not recognized by windows” and pen drive is detected as unknown device then suddenly after that the light of the pen drive went off and pen drive crashed(it is not getting detected in any other pc and on my it still shows the same message). Next day i inserted the transcend pen drive and same thing happened to me. Now wherever i have insereted sandisk pendrive all pc’s have got affected by the same problem my pc is suffering please provide the solution.
