USB Ports seem Inactive

I have an ASUS CUSL2 board and am running Windows 2000 Pro. In checking components I find under USB
System Information report written at: 03/05/2004 08:30:17 PM

They are all working properly says the system, but. I have tried to use them(2 ports) when installing broadband and a Kodak Digital Camera Docking Station and they just don’t connect. Could it have something to do with Plug and Play setup? Thanks
