USB Thumb Drive Association

Can anyone tell me how to change the association with my USB Thumb Drive? When I plug it into the USB port, it opens a specific program, but I’d rather have it open Windows Explorer. I’m using Windows 2000 Professional at work and XP Home Edition on my home computer. Thanks in advance!
