Use ERD to recover crushed NT4.0

I tried to use ERD to recover a crushed NT4.0 Server, but I been told some files are corrupt or missing during the final process. The message look like “The following value in the setup information file is corrupt or missing: Value 0…”. I checked MS Q166157 and knew I need to edit the value on setup.log, but how do I know which value I should change to. And any other option to fix the problem. Thanks
