Use of Windows 2000 Professional

With Winnt40 workstation you could use the workstation as a small print and file server in a small office to avoid the need for cals if a NT server was used. I know the the limitation of Ras connections being 1, but are there any other pitfalls with this type of setup. 1 of the workstations using this arrangement will be Win98SE and the other will be Windows 2000 Professional. I will be using a Surestore tape drive on the Workstation used as a server, and also use replication of files between the 2 2000 Professional workstation. For a modem I intend to use a switch router and cable modem, always on for internet access. Any thoughts about this arrangement, pitfalls of drawbacks? With only 2 machines using this workstation as a server I can see no drawbacks.
