User account locked out

I am geeting user calling up saying thet can get on to the network to browse the net and that they can user the Mail
But do not have access to there network printers or Network shares.
When investorgate I find that there accounts have been lockedout.
They do not recive bad login information errors.
a lot of my users are have unix shares we are using samba for the to bring to two systems to gather, when they are locked out of the accounts, thet can still rlogin
But not all user are unix users.
Are servers NT4 and 96% of users or on NT2000 SP1 at the desk top.
