user database in NT

Hello People,

I have to type eight hundred users in NT Server. It’s very hard. So I thought how could I make a program to record the users data into the users database in the NT server. So what files store the user names and permissions in WinNT/2000 and where are they? Is it possible to do what I intend to do, is there another great solution? Are these files of Access type?
