I have a peculiar situation. I am running WinXP Pro and have two user accounts set up, one for me and one for my wife. I recently noticed that on the ISP browser Juno, the the pages were getting “clipped” when I printed the output. Therefore, I re-loaded the print drivers on my account and the problem went away when I printed from Juno. However, my Wife’s account still experiences the “clipping” problem. My only conclusion is that the account structure on her account isn’t using the new drivers that I installed on my account. This seems strange as the printer being used is the same printer whether using my account or hers. I am now wondering if I can “copy” the print drivers from my account to hers? Anyone know how to fix this, other than to re-download and re-load the printer drivers on her account! Please let me know. Thanks in advance, Sid Kraft
