User folder size limitation

O\S: NT 4.0 sp 5

I want my users to be able to copy all their critical desktop documents onto the network drive to be backed up at night.

Is there a way of putting limits on the amount of data that each network folder can hold? I don’t want to suddenly run out of HD space on my server.
