“User Intervention” in Printer HPdj840c

I am running win98 se with lan about 20 PC. It was fine to share my print job, but lately I get “User Intervention” in my print sharing. So I have to reinstall the print sharing.
The quetion I want to pose are :
1. What cause is it ?
2. Do I haveto set the printer from the server ?

I’ve reinstall the driver many times but the problem still occur.
