User must change password problem

When I open user accounts for editing in User manager for domains on my NT Machine the “User must change password at next logon” box is ticked for all user accounts even though the accounts are not new accounts and the passwords aren’t due to expire. This only occurs from my PC. I can logon to other PC’s or the PDC directly and User manager gives no problems. Any help is appreciated.
