User Profile

I have an NT server with 20 workstations and want to assign a profile uniform to all stations where the network neighborhood and other desktop functions don’t show. Here’s what I’ve tried.
1. Created new user called LRC.
2. Given user LRC right to log on to the network.
3. Created new system policy with the desired profile and selected LRC to it. Saved the LRCprofile.pol (name I gave it) to the defaulted root directory.

When I log on to the server as user LRC. It sets up a new profile in the c:\winnt\profiles but does not download the desired profile I gave it in system policies.

What am I missing? Is the LRCprofile.pol not being seen?
