User Profiles

Hi,

One of the user of a NT4.0-Workstation in my network acciedently deleted his profile and automatically all of the files and folders in his profile has lost. Unfortunately I have no backup of his PC. What should I do to recover those files. When I check that PC I found Unknown Profile exact of the size of the profile whcich was deleted.. I also couldn’t find any of the file in the previous profile.. Can I got those files again ?
