“user roaming profile”

Have a windows 2000 server with active directory. Workstations are windows 2000 pro. The users are in active directory. Have a user that need access to a workstation that’s not in her office. User can access server resources(drive mappings, applications, etc.)from her workstation fine.When she tries to access from the other workstation she receives the following:

Windows cannot locate your roaming profile and is attempting to log you on with
your local profile. Changes to the profile will not be propogated to the server.

Can anyone tell me what’s causing this and how to correct? Thanks.
