User Shares

I am running windows 2k supporting about 50 users. We have created user shares and many of the users have mapped to the network drive. There are reported cases where a mapped drive will go away and the only way the user can get it back is to reboot. I am trying to get “better” data surrounding the disconnects. Until then, suggestions would be helpful.
