User Utilities

I need recommendations for two utilities.

1. A utility/script that will take a CSV, SQL table, Excell spreadsheet (or whatever)and import/remove usernames and passwords from that list to AD, and can be done automaticaly. We will have a HUGE number of users and the list will change frequently. I guess it would be some kind of AD user manager program.

2. A utility that tells you who is logging into your Terminal servers (non-anonymously)and what OS they are running. We would need it to create a monthly report.
