After logging into Windows NT 4.0 Server an error is entered in the Event log each time.
The error is:
“Your profile was not successfully loaded, but you have been logged on with the default profile. Please correct the problem and log off.”

Aswell, after each log on a folder is created in c:\winnt\profiles called system. For each log on a new folder is created with it’s name representing the number of times a log on has occured. For example, c:\winnt\profiles\system, c:\winnt\profiles\system.001, c:\winnt\profiles\system.002, etc.

How can resolve this issue?
